  Really great place, right in the centre with great views over the busy square. Comfy beds and space to eat and relax in the living room.

  Nothing for us but it would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility, lots of steps and stairs to climb carrying bags.

  The location of these Apartments are superb. They are in The Old Town of Dubrovnik very near the Buza (North) Gate of the town. There is no vehicular access. A Taxi will drop you off by the access Gate. The Old Town is pedestrian only. The street of the Aparment is very quiet but at the top of steep steps down into the main street of the Old Town. The Old Town is not suitable for wheelchairs in our view due to its geography. The Apartment does not have a receptionist. You must telephone the contact number rgiven on the booking form, and you will be met at the North Gate. The room has air condioning & en-suite facilities, plus fridge and sink. Everything needed to stay is provided. Ideal for a short stay to see the sights of Dubrovnik.

  Peter was wonderful. Met us at the parking lot and helped us settle in very well. The apartments are actually really nice. Perfectly clean, updated, and tasteful inside. The place was actually better than the photos, which is unusual.

  Windows don't have a view of any sort.

  Apartments Pavisa is perfectly located in the heart of Dubrovnik old city, with a view over Stradun - main pedestrian street full of life. The apartment is small, but lovely furnished. Owner was helpfull and gave us usefull information about dubrovnik.

  Excellent value for money, right in the middle of the Old Town! All facilities were new, the apartment had free wifi internet, air conditioning, SAT TV, nice bathroom - and that all for a very reasonable price, especially considering that we were staying in the heart of one of the most beautiful Mediterranean cities, with the view at the most prominent Dubrovnik' street - the Stradun. We will surely come back again!

  Room what we stay at back of the house so we do not have old town view if you have front room view is full of old town..room was clean, good for 3 person to stay for us...good for family who want to stay longer with limited budget, because, room has laundry machine and open kitchen, dining table.. Bathroom wide enough with shower. Just step to the old town main street....

  When we arrive to apartment no body open the door.. What we had phone number was out of use... Our friend came before us but she did not have cell phone... When we were thinking how we can get in, who is staying in there, they were going out and than we entered inside the apartment... But we still have problem which room our friend staying. Lady offer help to us giving to phone number which is we don`t have... And than I called the man and he did not say welcome, he said how you enter in???? Any how he said which room our friend staying and than we rich to room... No welcome.. You have to make sure to have right phone number when you rich to house for enter in...

  I never seen such a clean appartment room before, Staff are so nice and kind also location is perfect to stay in old town, you could feel in historic time in this location. Good value for money,

  Free internet serves was not available now. Location is top of the town so we have to manage your luggage down to top, it was around 200 steps. Sorry , I can not find negative comment.

  Location was excellent, right in the heart of everything on the Stradun. We had a great view of the action and could stop back for lunch. Communication with the hosts was easy and the man who showed us to the apartment gave us a very good introduction to the city. Modern furniture and fixtures were nice, bed comfortable. Big shower.

  It can be loud with the windows open. The windows are double pane, though, so when closed they were good at keeping the noise out. The a/c kept us cool when we closed the windows to sleep. Also, it would be great to have a larger pot or pan (one smallish one was provided) and a cutting board.

  Perhaps the location, being so central, has negative aspects such as street noise. It was not a big problem for us though.

  The hotel is in the main street and the location is amazing. The heart of city Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is incredible.

  Pero, the land lord was extremely helpful, flexible and nice. He could answer all our questions and made our stay memorable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had all the advantage that someone needs during holiday. The location is one of the best in Dubrovnik. The kitchen is really small but it has all the necessary equipments.

  The Wifi was not working at the apartment. We got access to a neighbouring network but we had to go outside of the house (to the street) to use it. We appreciated that Pero tried to solve the problem.
